I bought this sub with the towers - am very happy with it. I even have the sub volume on half and the room is filled with deep bass part of it is the reciever..great poduct from JBL
Customer Review: Good compliment to other Cinema Sound speakers
For watching DVDs, this is a must-have for the CS speakers. It delivers the right amount of bass to compliment the speakers. For music, it is pretty good, but the volume has to be adjusted up on the subwoofer for sufficient bass. The design is attractive and fairly small. My biggest complaint is that the power switch, volume control, and power/standby light are all on the back, which is very inconvenient.

Hard to review a sub by itself in my opinion, because how it sounds largely depends on the quality of the install and the amp it is combined with. I have this puppy bridged with a 300 watt Rocksford Fosgate in my Integra (2 door). Being a small car, this ONE 12″ sub hits pretty hard - harder than I thought it would. I am very pleased.

For the price, this system is spectacular. The build quality is excellent. The design is cool. And the sound is great. Unfortunately, I think the price is good only because Mirage is almost always on the verge of going out of business. Omnipolar technology is still non-existent in mass market outlets.
